How does it work?

The preschool Speech & Drama @ TAS Academy programme is catered for students 3 – 6 years of age, with three semesters in a year. Our teachers and students will explore the evocative language and performance of poetry, dialogue and scenes, song and music, creative use of the body, even creating their own sketches and plays. Theatre games to build relationships between classmates, to encourage group play, self-confidence, and awareness, is a fundamental pillar to our approach. We strive to create an environment that nourishes and encourages our students’ innate creative potentials.

FAQs

1) How do I register and pay the fees?
You can find our registration page here. Upon successful registration, you will receive an email confirmation regarding payment. Once we have received your payment and registration form, if classes are online, we will provide students with the method to log into our virtual studios for their classes.

2) Will classes be online or face-to-face?
We are excited to announce that classes will take place physically in our studios at klpac in 2022.

3) What are the SOPs for classes at klpac?
We would like to assure you that all our teachers, staff, and patrons will be vaccinated, and only low risk, non-symptomatic individuals are allowed on the premises. Masks/shields will be worn by teacher and students, social distancing will be maintained throughout the class, and a maximum number of 15 – 20 students only per class. Students will also be provided hand sanitization, and our studios are cleaned and sanitized before and after classes.

4) What if another lockdown or rise in cases happens?
We will look towards the relevant ministries for any changing SOPs with regards to case numbers and are ready to move classes online in the case of another lockdown.
