I decline the title of Iron Cook and accept the lesser title of Zinc Saucier, which I just made up. Uhh… also, comes with double prize money. Leela's gonna kill me. Switzerland is small and neutral! We are more like Germany, ambitious and misunderstood!

MJPF presents the 1st Malaysian Junior Jazz Piano Competition!
Open to all talented Malaysian pianists ages 5-17, this competition is set to offer young musos the platform to showcase their musicianship, play spanking-new arrangements, and meet big names in the Malaysian music industry.
We will be conducting a FREE online improvisation workshop hosted by jazz virtuoso Mr. Michael Veerapen on Zoom for ALL teachers and students explaining competition guidelines and tips on embellishing music next Wednesday (13th April 2022) at 8.30pm. The meeting capacity is 100 participants – first-come, first-served.
